How does T-4 work?
The polyphenol and flavonoid antioxidants in Prosur products are very effective at preventing spoilage and protecting from pathogens. Coupled with dried vinegar, these antioxidant blends have been proven to provide cooked meat and poultry products with 90 – 120 days of shelf life.
“natural flavors” plus the carrier (sea salt or dried vinegar).
Typical usage rate
0.6% of the total formula.
